Christlyn Rains

Raised in a military family and frequently relocating, Christlyn understands both the challenge of redefining “home” and the grounding power of culture. No matter where life took her, her Filipino heritage remained her anchor.

Through her involvement in PASCO’s dance troupe, she rediscovered culture not just as tradition, but as a connection to heritage, family, and community.

Professionally, Christlyn serves as a Commercial Loan Processor, bringing organization, attention to detail, and a collaborative spirit to her work. She carries that same care and dedication into her service on the Board of Directors. Her hope is to help foster a PASCO community where culture feels like home and every generation experiences a true sense of belonging.
